GASOLINE PRICES STILL INCHING UP IN WV

Gasoline prices continue to inch up in West Virginia.

AAA East Central says prices rose 9.1 cents per gallon in the state over the past week.

A gallon of regular, unleaded gasoline now averages $3.60, although some prices in the state are about $3.75 a gallon.

A year ago the average price of gas was $3.21 in West Virginia.

Nationally, prices currently average $3.48 per gallon.

West Virginia continues to have among the highest gasoline costs in the state.
