ARREST MADE IN STEALING OF HISTORIC MILITARY ITEMS FROM PARKERSBURG MUSEUM

Pistols, rifles, uniforms, and knives were stolen at the Veterans Museum of The Mid-Ohio Valley, many having historic value.

William Joseph Kerns has arrested for having of one of the stolen guns and two knives, but much more is missing.

Kerns has not directly been arrested for the burglary.

Police say more arrests are expected.
