DAVIS SENTENCED TO 3-15 YEARS - Calhoun Circuit Court Cases

Shelby Michael Davis has been sentenced in Calhoun Circuit Court for malicious assault on an officer, to be imprisoned for 3-15 years. In other charges for trespassing and conspiracy, he was sentenced 1-5 years, those sentences to run concurrently. His probation was revoked. Davis was indicted in May for conspiracy to commit a felony, one count; burglary, two counts. A trial for Jody Lynn Shock has been set for March 20, 2012. He was indicted in May for burglary, one count; conspiracy to commit a felony, one count. A trial for James Blankenship has been set for March 20, 2012. Blankenship had been charged with wanton endangerment, destruction of property and conspiracy to commit a felony.
