William Jessie "Billy" Rhodes, Jr., 44, of Gandeeville, West Virginia, died December 11, 2011 at his home. He was born June 26, 1967 in Jackson County, a son of the late William Jessie and Mary Ellen Westfall Rhodes, Sr. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his grandparents. Billy was a groundsman. He attended the Hope Community Church, Kenna. He also enjoyed hunting and fishing. Survivors include his wife, Lori M. Rhodes of Gandeeville; three sons, Timothy E. Rhodes, Travis L. Rhodes and William C. Rhodes all of Gandeeville; brother, Thomas E. "Tommy" Rhodes of Ripley; several aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews. A graveside service will be held Thursday, December 15 at 2:00 p.m. in the Davis Cemetery, Cicerone, with the Rev. Jack Roberts officiating. There will be no visitation. John H. Taylor Funeral Home, Spencer is in charge of arrangements.
