OFFICER SHOT IN KANAWHA - A Glasgow police officer has been shot in the arm while he was responding to burglary call.

The officer is said to be alert and was taken to CAMC General Hospital.

A SWAT Team responded to the incident, and the shooter is reportedly in custody.

The shooter had a shotgun and fired on two officers.

HUNTINGTON POLICE CATCH ROBBER - Police caught up with a man they say shot a person at a Marathon gas station in Huntington on Monday afternoon.

Police say 22-year old Tres Avery Davis of Charleston confessed to shooting Mark King in the stomach.

Davis drove away from the scene and led police on a chase along I-64 and was stopped just past Milton.

The victim drove himself to the hospital where he underwent surgery. He is listed in serious condition.

Davis is charged with malicious wounding.
