The West Virginia School Building Authority pledged more than $8 million Monday to fund major school improvement projects in 11 counties. REGIONAL COUNTIES • $630,323 to Ritchie County for HVAC renovations at Ritchie County Middle/High School • $59,405 to Clay County to replace the water storage tank that feeds the fire sprinkler system at Clay High School
