Medicare recipients who wish to add or change their prescription drug plans during an open enrollment period have a limited time to do so. Open enrollment for Medicare Part D started Oct. 15 and will close Dec. 7. This affects Medicare recipients who wish to add or change their prescription drug plans during an open enrollment period.
