John C. Seres, 62 - Glenville

John C. Seres age 62 of Glenville, West Virginia, departed this life at 7:51 p.m., Wednesday, November 16, 2011 in the Stonewall Jackson Memorial Hospital, Weston following an extended illness.

He was born October 29, 1949 in Ohio the son of the late James and Mary Evelyn Blume Seres.

Mr. Seres was a former employee of the Elyria Chronicle/Telegram, Elyria OH where he was a pressman. He was a Protestant by faith.

Surviving are 5 brothers and 2 sisters, Frank Seres of Tulsa OH; Thomas Seres of Elyria OH; Joe Seres of N. Ridgeville OH; Daniel Seres and Mike Seres both of Grafton OH; Teresa Reezes of FL and Mary Ellen Seres of N. Royalton OH.

John was preceded in death by a brother, James Seres.

Graveside services will be held at 3:00 p.m., Tuesday at the Thompson Family Cemetery on Butcher's Run Road, Cedarville with Pastor Bryan Groves officiating. Burial will be in the Thompson Family Cemetery. Friends will be received from 1-2 p.m. Tuesday at the Ellyson Mortuary, Inc., Glenville.

Ellyson Mortuary, Inc. is assisting the family of John C. Seres with arrangements.
