Dale E. Hall, 62 - Arnoldsburg

Dale Emerson Hall, 62, of Pink Community, Arnoldsburg WV, passed away November 9, 2011 at CAMC Memorial Hospital after a brief illness.

He was born October 30, 1949 in Calhoun County a son of the late Paris Dewey and Daisy Josephine Burkhammer Hall.

In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by Helen Bates his companion of 24 years; and three brothers, Edward, Doyle and Darrell Hall; and two sisters, Georgianna Hall and Annabell Starcher.

He is survived by his children, Paula Dale (Fred) Starcher of Arnoldsburg, Patrick Dale (Melissa) Hall of Grantsville WV and Gary (Caroline) Bates of Berkley Springs WV; nine grandchildren, Nicole, Samantha and Whitney Starcher, Justyn and Jordan Hall, Keith, Adrian, Dillon, and Kia Bates; 2 great grandchildren, Caydence Moss and Korbin Bellard; one brother, Perry Dean Hall; and three sisters, Connie Downs of Arnoldsburg, Nancy Drake of California and Greta Hall of Parkersburg WV.

Dale is sadly missed and loved very much. He was cremated per his request. A memorial is being planned for a later date at the family farm.

In lieu of flowers family and friends may make donations to the American Cancer Society.

Stump Funeral Home of Arnoldsburg was in charge of the arrangements.
