Russell Dale Starcher, 75 - Millstone

Russell Dale Starcher, 75, of Millstone, West Virginia died November 5, 2011 at his home after an extended illness. He was born May 5, 1936 in Calhoun County, West Virginia a son of the late Lenora Starcher. He was a retired chemical truck driver and a Baptist. He is survived by his daughter with whom he made his home, Debra Allman; A son Dale Starcher of Mansfield, Ohio; nine grandchildren, Desiree, Daniel, Joey, Destinee, Nikki, Chay, Kenny, Jason, and, Crystal; and several great-grandchildren. In addition to his mother, he was preceded in death by a daughter, Shelia Allman. Per his request the body was cremated. A memorial benefit dinner will be held 1:00 to 3:00 p.m. Sunday, November 13, 2011 at the Arnoldsburg Community Building, Arnoldsburg, West Virginia. Taylor-Vandale Funeral Home of Spencer, West Virginia is in charge of arrangements for the Starcher family.
