Calhoun Middle School Volleyball girls traveled to Spencer Middle
as the #2 seed in the CWVAC Tournament on Saturday.
The girls received a bye in the first round. The girls
played Braxton the first game and lost in two games.
CMS next faced Geary beating them in three games,
then they faced Walton and won in two games.
The girls faced the #1 seed Clay and defeated Clay
in three games to go to the Championship game where
they were defeated once again by Braxton in two games.
CMS Volleyball girls received the trophy for runner up.
Awards were given to All-Conference players for
season play to Makayla Smith who had
178 season points and Witney Boswell who had
149 season points.
All - Tournament Team honors went to Abby
Rexroad who had 52 points for the day and Ashley
Hersman who had 51 points for the day.
