'HIGH SPEED' INTERNET STILL BARELY FUNCTIONING, DELAYING HERALD

NEW STORIES WITH PHOTOS UNAVAILABLE Sunday and Monday night Frontier's 'high-speed' Internet speed was below dial-up standards, making it difficult to put the Herald together. The speed was so bad we were unable to get a reading, making it very difficult to place new stories with photos on the Herald.
