Queen Flora XL, Sarah Jane Lynch

The coronation ceremony for Queen Flora XL was held Saturday evening, June 1 at Calhoun Middle/High School auditorium. Queen Flora will reign over the 40th. annual Wood Festival, June 6, 7, and 8, 2002.

Tia Leann Satterfield was First Runner-up, Heather Nicole Weaver was Second Runner-up. Lena Jane Gibson and Dana Marie Yatauro were each selected as Miss Congeniality. Sarah Jane Lynch was also selected Miss Photogenic.

The contestants competed in evening gown, sportswear and talent for the crown, as well as contributing to the evenings entertainment. Curtis Garretson served as MC for the event.
