STEP BACK IN TIME TODAY & SUNDAY: LEGENDS AND LORE TOUR AT COUNTY PARK - Visit With Nancy Hart, Louisa Hayes, Amy Sexton Silcott

Roger and Linda Jarvis portray Thomas F. and Aisley Jarvis, storekeepers The Calhoun Historical Society will again present their Legends and Lore Tour today at 2:00 and 5:00 p.m. and Sunday at 2:00 p.m. at the Calhoun County Park. Visitors are asked to meet at the shelter above Heritage Village where they will be met by tour guides and taken back in time to the fall of 1861. Stories will be told by Louisa Hays, Amy Sexton Silcott, Nancy Hart and other villagers. A donation of $4.00 is suggested. Pre-school children are free. If anyone has difficulty in walking the distance to the village, arrangements will be made for transportation.
