FBI SAYS WESTON TODDLER VICTIM OF A CRIME - Search Efforts Called-Off, Toddler's Mother Hires Attorney

(10/04/2011)
The FBI announced yesterday they are now considering the disappearance of Aliayah Lunsford, 3, of Weston, a crime.

The expansive volunteer search has been called off.

FBI Special Agent Jeff Killeen said that they are no longer considering the possibility that the toddler walked away from her home.

The FBI is considering three possible scenarios - the girl is either the victim of a murder, abduction, or a possible concealment.

Lena Lunsford, Aliyah's mother, has hired an attorney.
