COUNTY FIRE DEPTS. RECEIVE $3,000 DONATION TO IMPROVE SERVICES

Fire Chiefs receive donation (L to R) Craig Gherke (Grantsville VFD), Derek Wright (Arnoldsburg VFD), Von Yoak, president Calhoun Development Corporation, Randy Perkins (Upper West Fork) Calhoun's three volunteer fire departments received a total $3,000 donation Saturday, one thousand each, from the Calhoun County Development Corporation. Development Director Ivy Von Yoak, longtime president of the group, said the donations are being made to help improve fire department services to county residents.
