Jerl Smith, 79, of Ravenswood, West Virginia, passed away September 9, 2011. She was born October 30, 1931 in Calhoun County, a daughter of the late James H. and Mary Barr Smith. Surviving is one brother, Roger Smith of Mt. Zion WV. Funeral services will be held 1 p.m. Tuesday, Sept. 13 at Stump Funeral Home in Grantsville WV with Rev. Donald Stilgenbauer officiating. Interment will be in the Mt. Zion Cemetery. Friends may call at the funeral home one hour prior to the services.
