| Raymond Whipkey, 91, of Sand Fork, West Virginia, died Monday, September 5, 2011 at his home.
He was a son of the late Isaac and Lottie Burrows Whipkey.
He is survived by daughter, Constance M. Gordon of Proctorville OH; son, Raymond Whipkey, Jr. of Paducah KY; stepdaughters, Pat Potapenko of Mosinee WI and Joyce Kohout of Rio Rancho NM; brothers, Dane Whipkey of Glenville WV and Vaine Whipkey of Riverdale GA; and sister, Yvonne Beck of FL. Also surviving are 3 grandchildren.
Funeral services will be held at Stump Funeral Home, Grantsville, Friday, September 9 at 11:00 a.m. Rev. Alfred Hickman will officiate.
Interment will be in Pleasant Hill Cemetery.
Visitation will be at the funeral home one hour prior to service.
