| Richard Allen Starcher, 46, of Spencer, West Virginia, died Friday, August 26, 2011, in CAMC-General Hospital, Charleston.
He was born November 15, 1964, in Grantsville, a son of Richard Steven Starcher of Spencer and the late Mary Ellodine Hinkle Starcher.
Richard was a laborer and an Army veteran. He enjoyed hunting, fishing and riding his four-wheeler.
In addition to his father, survivors include two daughters, Mary A. Starcher of Canvas and Ashley Nicole Starcher of Spencer; three brothers, Donald Starcher , twin brother, Ronald A. Starcher both of Spencer and Edward Starcher of Elkhart, Indiana.
Richard has been cremated. A memorial service and burial will be at a later date.
John H. Taylor Funeral Home, Spencer, is in charge of arrangements.
