| Calhoun is one of many WV counties that have yet to receive payment for the May special election for governor.
The county has submitted a bill for about $19,000 for the cost of holding the election.
Many WV counties are complaining about the reimbursement, with another election approaching in October.
A handful of counties have been paid.
