| Wal-Mart is testing out a double couponing program at select stores in the state as a new marketing tool.
Spencer Wal-Mart is among those testing the program.
The double coupon deal is something shoppers could check-out as they try to stretch dollars.
The 12 Wal-Mart stores in West Virginia participating in the program are located in South Charleston, Huntington, Barboursville, Hurricane, Cross Lanes, Logan, Wayne, Mason, Ripley, Vienna, Spencer and Parkersburg.
