Donald Lee "Danny" Jones, 63 - Martinsville, Indiana

Donald Lee "Danny" Jones age 63 of Martinsville, Indiana departed this life at his home Sunday, July 31, 2011 following a sudden illness. He was born in Gilmer County WV March 15, 1948 a son of Helen M. Jones of North Lewis St. Glenville and the late Donald C. Jones who preceded him in death May 24, 2005. Danny was employed by Transcorr Trucking as a supervisor. He was a graduate of Gilmer County High School Class of 1966 and then attended WV Institute of Technology. He lived and loved to play golf. Surviving is one son, Chadwick Brenton "Chad" Jones and wife Tara and grandchildren Brenden Jones and Daron Parker all of Oolitic IN. Funeral services will be conducted at the Ellyson Mortuary, Inc. 11:00 a.m., Monday, August 8, 2011. Pastor Bryan Groves will officiate. Burial will follow in the Hiney Cemetery, Linn WV. Friends may call 5-8 p.m., Sunday, August 7 at the Mortuary.
