ROANE MAN ARRESTED FOR SEXUALLY ABUSING THREE-YEAR-OLD

A 39-year-old Roane County man is accused of sexually abusing his girlfriend's three year old daughter. Darrell Niven Lee is also charged with possessing child pornography. Lee was living with his girlfriend in Spencer at the time of the alleged incident. The criminal complaint gives explicit details of sexual acts. The child told her mother about the incident, which was repeated to case workers at Charleston Area Medical Center. Lee is currently in Central Regional Jail on multiple charges with bail set at $50,000 total.
