At least one man is still hospitalized after a Friday night brawl in Boone County that police described as a "bloodbath."

Authorities say a total of five victims were injured in the disturbance, with victims being attacked by multiple instruments, including tire irons and metal poles.

It happen in Cazy, a community on WV 85 between Bob White and Bim.

Police also said a 15-year-old boy's head was slammed into a guardrail.

Authorities said a man drove up to find "his old lady" with a group of men, threatened her and then went and got "backup."

Assailants fled before police arrived. Alcohol played a role in the occurrence, and police say that warrants for four men would be issued Monday.

Police spent about two hours cleaning up the scene.
