ROSEDALE MAN JAILED FOR DRUG OFFENSES

Jimmy Lee Sandy, 27, of Rosedale, charged with numerous drug related offenses stemming from an investigation that began in September 2010, has been incarcerated in Central Regional Jail, after being picked up by authorities.

He is being held on $250,000 bond.

Sandy had been charged with counts of manufacturing a controlled substance; two counts of conspiracy; possession of a controlled substance, marijuana, with intent to deliver; attempting to operate a clandestine drug lab, and possession of pseudoephedrine to be used as a precursor to the manufacture of methamphetamine.
