| Kathleen A. Rogers Holcomb, 56, of Newton, West Virginia, passed away Saturday, June 25, 2011, in the CAMC - General Hospital, Charleston, after an extended illness.
She was preceded in death by her father, Kermit A. Rogers; maternal grandparents, Alfred and Ora Bird; paternal grandparents, Ernest and Mabel Rogers.
Survivors include two daughters, Kerrie A. Smith, 32, of Spencer WV and Kacie J. Holcomb, 25, of Newton; four grandchildren, Kaitlynn B. Young, Mahailey J. Nicholson, Cloie P. Hart and Marissa B. Holcomb; mother, Betty L. Rogers of Newton; two sisters, Cheryl Holcomb of Indore WV and Dawn Wilkinson of Unionville MO.
A funeral service will be held Wednesday, June 29 at 2:00 p.m. in the John H. Taylor Funeral Home, Spencer, with Pastor Roy Huffman officiating. Burial will be in the Tawney Cemetery, Newton.
Friends may call Tuesday from 6-9 p.m. at the funeral home.
