| A Braxton County man was killed Friday night in an ATV accident, riding a quad on his own property in Gassaway.
Police say it happened just before 5:30 off Little Otter Road.
They say 61-year-old Ray Yakel was working on his land, using the ATV to get around when it rolled over on him.
Police say he was pronounced dead on the scene.
They indicated a health condition may have played a role in his death.
The Braxton County Sheriff's Department is investigating
