The Calhoun County Library is proud to offer its Summer Reading Rewards program once again to Calhoun County's K-4th grade students.

How it works:

1) Have your folks fill out a registration form at the library in Grantsville or at The Master's Bouquet in Arnoldsburg.

2) You will be given a Book Tracker to take home and record the age appropriate books you read.

3) Complete the form, take it to the library or The Master's Bouquet and pick out a reward. (There's lots of cool stuff to choose from.) You will also get a new Book Tracker to record more books you read. You can repeat this as many times as you would like during the summer (June 13-Aug. 12, 2011).

You may also place a sticker by your name on the chart posted in the library for your grade. The two readers in each grade who read the most during the summer will get a special prize package at the end of the program.

The Summer Reading Rewards program is co-sponsored this year by Arnoldsburg School, Pleasant Hill School and The Calhoun Chronicle.

Reading Bingo for teens and adults begins June 21st.

Put an X through each completed reading square. Try to get a "Bingo" by completing a full row in any direction. Once you "Bingo" return it to the library and get another form for more chances to play and win.

The program ends August 16th. For more information contact the library at 304-354-6300.
