HANSHAW ARRESTED IN CLAY SHOOTING OVER ATV

West Virginia State Police have arrested a man in Kanawha County who is accused of shooting and killing another man in Clay County Wednesday evening regarding a dispute over an ATV.

Police found Guy Dwier of Procious lying dead in the road, reportedly from a .30-30 Marlin rifle.

The shooter has been identified as Bobby Ray Hanshaw, 32, of Procious.

Police said Hanshaw fled the scene, but called authorities from Clendenin in Kanawha County, wanting to turn himself in.

Hanshaw has been charged with wanton endangerment and second-degree murder. He was being held in the South Central Regional Jail, in lieu of $800,000 bail.
