SUSPECT ON-THE-RUN FOLLOWING CLAY COUNTY MURDER

Clay County Sheriff's deputies and the WV State Police are searching for a man who is wanted for murder. A man shot and killed another man on Twistabout Road Wednesday evening about 7 p.m. Police say the suspect, whose name has not been released, is on the run and should be considered armed and dangerous. The name of the victim had not been released Wednesday night. Local authorities were notified that the suspect was likely traveling on State Rt. 36 into Roane County.
