I had another bat experience about 12:30 a.m. Tuesday. It was flying in and out of my bedroom. I had no alternative except to use the broom. It was touch an go there for a little while as it dived into different rooms. I felt bad about that but it is that time of year. All kinds of critters are back.

Saw a yellow finch at my bird feeder last Wednesday. Bear likes to chase robins. also at my feeder are black-capped chickadees, blue jays and cardinals.

Rosco MuCune called to let me know that there were 54 in Sunday School and they had a good revival at the Walnut Church.

The garden is plowed and kicked up, it looks beautiful and is ready for planting.

Wanda Richards visited with family in Akron last week on her vacation. She had a great time at her son Joey's home and enjoyed ordering delivery pizza.

Heather registered Lea in pre-school.

We're all enjoying the sunshine here on the West Fork for a change. Hope it lasts.

There was 40 runners in the 4-H 5K run in Clay County. Twelve year old Isabelle Haverty was the first to cross the finish line with a time of 24.47 seconds. Charles Haverty her grandfather, is very proud of her.

Everyone have a wonderful week!
