CHILD ABDUCTED AFTER HOMICIDE - Police issued a child abduction alert yesterday in connection with an apparent homicide in Mingo County. Mingo County Sheriff's deputies discovered the body of a deceased man, and are investigating his death as a homicide. Police are looking for 13-month-old Chloe Clark who they believe was abducted in connection with the alleged homicide. They believe the child was likely abducted by Crystal Clark Seigler, who authorities say is the wife of the deceased male. MAN STABBED BY GIRLFRIEND - An Elkview man was stabbed in the arm late Monday after a fight with his girlfriend, according to Kanawha County sheriff's deputies. Deputies went to Givens Mobile Home Park in Elkview about a domestic disturbance. Joseph Moore, 32, told police his girlfriend had stabbed him in the arm with a kitchen knife. The girlfriend, Michelle Rodriguez, 37, said she stabbed Moore after he tried to choke her. Neither person has been charged.
