PLEASANT HILL OFFERS LIGHTS ON CLASS - Water Aerobics Begins June 11

Submitted by Jean Simers The following class will be offered through the Pleasant Hill Lights On project and funded through the Lights On! 21st Century Learning Center Grant. There are no fees involved with the classes. To register for the class, contact the Lights On! office at 354-7595 - 8:30 a.m. to 4 p.m. each day. Baby sitting will be available if needed. Registration is limited, so don't wait. Water Aerobics a ten week class beginning June 11 and ending August 15. Classes will meet on Tuesday and Thursday evenings 6 to 7 p.m. at the Grantsville Municipal Pool, ages 13 and up. The class will promote physical activity for both teens and adults. This is an ideal way to exercise without injury or impact to joints. The class is limited to 15 participants.
