Tabatha Nicole Reed, 24, of Spencer, West Virginia, passed away Thursday, April 7, 2011, at home surrounded by her family. She was a 2008 graduate of the WV School for the Blind, a member of the People's Baptist Church at Billings WV, and attended the Westbrook Day Program, Spencer. Survivors include her mom and dad, Trina and Dave Satterfield; biological father, Tim Reed of OK; maternal grandmother, Mary Fountaine of Spencer; paternal grandmother, Carolyn Reed of Spencer; several aunts, uncles, and cousins. A funeral service will be conducted Tuesday, April 12 at 2:00 p.m. at the People's Baptist Church, Billings, with Pastor Darin Cale officiating. Burial will be in the Eventide Cemetery, Spencer. Friends may call at the John H. Taylor Funeral Home, Spencer, on Monday from 5-8:30 p.m. Memorial contributions may be made to Roane County Relay for Life, or the People's Baptist Church Building Fund.
