High winds tore the roof from the Upper West Fork Park's pavilion Wednesday evening, sending it about 75-100 yards to the bank of the river, the pavilion is used as a shelter for bluegrass festivals and other community events

A two-story house near the park received roof damage from a fallen tree from the same wind storm
