FIVE CHILDREN REMOVED FROM SUTTON HOME - Arrests Made Following Discovery Of Severe Conditions

Two Braxton County residents are in Central Regional Jail on child neglect charges.

Five children have been removed from the home.

Sutton Police say they were serving a warrant to search a Sutton home for drugs, when they allegedly discovered a young child laying on the couch with a very high fever.

Police said there was animal feces and drug paraphernalia all over the dwelling.

Emilie Rhodes, 29, and David Tinney, 35, are charged with child neglect resulting in risk of serious injury.
