Juanita Smith Stewart, 89 - Niceville, Florida

Juanita Smith Stewart, 89, passed away Feb. 8, 2011, at Twins Cities Hospital, Niceville, Fla.

She was born May 21, 1921, to Delma Etta and Shirley Thomas Smith in Russett, W.Va. She married her late husband, Scott Franklin Stewart Sr. on July 4, 1941.

She is survived by her brother and sister-in-law, William and Ann Smith of Grantsville, W.Va; her daughter, Shirley Stewart of Buckingham, Va.; son and daughter-in- law, Scott Jr. and Carolyn Stewart of Belleville, W.Va.; daughter and son- in-law, Pamala and Douglas Mulling of Crestview, Fla.; grandchildren, Brian Wilson, Robert Wilson, Kristen Pingry, Jeremy Austin, Shelby Mitteer, Daniel Austin, Kelly Rockhold, Holly Stewart, Elizabeth Ricks; and many great-grandchildren.

Juanita and Scott retired and settled in Crestview, Fla. in 1985. They were members of Dorcas Baptist Church. She loved her family, her music, gardening, her church, her Lord and her many friends.

Honoring her request, there was no service and she was laid to rest beside her late husband in Barrancas National Cemetery in Pensacola, Fla. The family would like to extend a special thanks to Pamala Mulling and her family for their loving care.
