CALHOUN HEAD START PARTNERS WITH NEW AGENCY

Calhoun County Schools has begun an affiliation with a new Head Start agency, Appalachian Council, and is currently developing enrollment forms that meet both the requirements of Calhoun County Schools and Appalachian Council. At this time, if you have a child who will be 4 years old prior to September 1, 2011 and are a resident of Calhoun County you may call the Calhoun County Board of Education, 304-354-7011, and leave contact information with either Angie Ferrell or Joyce Williams. You will be contacted when the enrollment packet is complete and ready for you to fill out. If you have a child who is 3 years old and you have a concern about your child's developmental progress you can have them screened for potential delays. To schedule a screening for a 3 year old contact Angie Ferrell or Sonja Hartshorn at 304-354-7011.
