BELL HOUSE BURNS TO GROUND - "We Have Lost Everything" On Leading Creek

A two-story frame house belonging to James Bell, burned to the ground late Thursday night. Bell and his family, including his two sons, ages two and four, returned to find the dwelling on fire at 11 p.m. "We have lost everything," he said.

The Grantsville VFD quickly responded to the call, at the dwelling located on Leading Creek. Firemen said it was nearly "on the ground" when they arrived. No injuries were reported.

Grantsville firemen continue to have a very busy year with fire and emergency calls.
