Stephen Neal Justice, Jr., 28 - Spencer

Stephen Neal Justice, Jr., 28, of Spencer, West Virginia, died Friday, March 4, 2011, at home, after an extended illness.

He was a disabled truck driver. He enjoyed "four wheelin' and muddin'". Also, he was a trader at heart.

Survivors include his father, Stephen Neal Justice, Sr. of Louisville, Ohio; mother, Martha Jane Hays Smith of Spencer; aunt, Tanya Hicks of Spencer; stepsons, Jared, Joshua, and Jacob Huskey all of Jacksonville, Fla.; sisters, Ashley Westfall of Spencer, Rebecca Sloan of Blue Creek, and Wendy Sloan also of Spencer; brothers, John Goodwin of Duck, Zachariah Smith of Spencer, Lewis Smith of Arnoldsburg, and J.D. Justice of South Carolina; stepfather, Jerry Smith of Arnoldsburg; paternal grandfather, Neal Justice of Spencer; paternal grandmother, Eloise Owens of Parkersburg; ten nieces and nephews; several additional aunts and uncles.

Stephen was preceded in death by his maternal grandparents, Marjorie and Earl "Sandy" Barnett, and maternal grandfather, William "Bill" Hays.

A memorial service will be held Monday, March 7, at 7:00 p.m. in the John H. Taylor Funeral Home, Spencer, with the Rev. Michael F. "Mike" King officiating.

Friends may call at the funeral home one hour prior to the memorial service.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations are preferred to the family, Martha J. Hays Smith, P.O. Box 1192, Spencer, WV 25276.
