They have been charged with armed robbery, assault, burglary and kidnapping, after breaking into the residence of Geraldine Gibson, 79, in Big Chimney.

CHARLESTON SHOOTING - A shooting in downtown Charleston that spanned several city blocks eventually sent two men to the hospital with gunshot wounds.

The incident started at the Sky Lounge on Kanawha Blvd. where they were having drinks about 2:30 a.m. Saturday.

Daniel James, 21, of South Charleston and Dante Tuff, 44, of Columbus OH told police they were driving down Kanawha Blvd. when their vehicle received gunshots.

The men told police a car pulled up and started shooting, then took off.

Both then walked on foot to nearby CAMC Women and Children's Hospital, one was grazed by a shot and the other wounded in the torso.

Police said the men were uncooperative, with officers saying they found shell casings up and down Kanawha Boulevard.

The Kanawha Blvd. was closed down for several hours as investigators collected evidence.
