Clay authorities have charged William Christopher Belknap (left) with conspiracy to operate a clandestine meth lab, possession with intent to deliver and other related charges.

Belknap is in Central Regional Jail on $200,000 bail.

A Calhoun man has been arrested by the West Virginia State Police on domestic battery charges.

George Michael Parsons, 24, is in Central Regional Jail.
