| Devita A. "Dee" Jones, age 54 of Berlin Rd. Weston West Virginia, departed her earthly life Wednesday, February 23, 2011 in the United Hospital Center following an unexpected illness. Born February 14, 1957 in Weston, the daughter of Helen Butcher Lamb and stepfather Jerry Lamb and the late John Robert Lamb. Dee was a graduate of Lewis County High School class of 1976. She was employed by the WV Dept. of Highways in Buckhannon and attended the 1st Baptist Church of Weston. Dee was an avid photographer, her 3 favorite subjects were her grandchildren. She also practiced and believed in live, laugh, and love. She was united in marriage to Michael "Mike" Jones, August 7, 1976, who survives at their Berlin Run Rd. home. In addition to her husband, mother and stepfather, she is survived by 1 son and 3 grandchildren, Jeremy Jones and wife Mandy, Ashtin Gum, Levi and Hunter Jones all of Burnsville WV; 8 brothers and sisters, Robin Stout, John Lamb and wife Anna, Jill Stutler, Kay Butcher and husband Jim, Bobbi Radcliff and husband Brent, Todd Lamb and wife Pam all of Weston; Dave Lamb and wife Andi of Jane Lew WV, and Susie Johnston and husband Lonnie of Buckhannon WV; several aunts, uncles, nieces, and nephews also survive. Funeral services will be conducted at the Ellyson Mortuary Inc. Glenville WV., 2:00 p.m. Sunday February 27 with Rev. Russell Furr and Rev. Ken Miller officiating. Burial will follow in the Rock Grove Cemetery in Linn WV. Friends may call 4-8 p.m. Saturday February 26 at the mortuary in Glenville. Ellyson Mortuary Inc. Glenville WV is assisting the family of Devita "Dee" Jones with arrangements.
