(01/20/2011)
West Virginians who have trouble paying their heating bill will be getting a helping hand.

Congress has allocated $38 million to help poor people pay for heat this winter, according to Congressman Nick Rahall.

The money comes from the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services and is part of the Low Income Home Energy Assistance Program, the government's source of aid for helping people pay winter power bills.
