JUDGE NIBERT ISSUES OATH TO COUNTY OFFICIALS

Judge David W. Nibert issued oaths of office yesterday to Calhoun officials elected to new terms starting in January, 2011.

Nibert swears-in Circuit Clerk Shelia Garretson (L)
for fourth term; political newcomer Mike Ritchie (R)
will commence County Clerk duties on January 1

Prosecutor Rocky Holmes (L) starts first elected term; Bob
Weaver (R) sworn to third term as Calhoun Commissioner
