Sharlotte Ann Mason, 52 - Tanner

Sharlotte Ann Mason age 52 of Tanner, West Virginia, passed from this life on Friday, December 17 at her residence.

She was born on March 4, 1958 in Man WV to Rosaphene Osborne Powers and the late Odell Powers.

She is survived by her husband Roy Denzil Mason Jr. of Tanner; her mother, Rosaphene Powers of Tanner; 3 daughters and 1 son, Ben Powers and wife Christine of Wheeling, Stephanie Curry and her husband Doug of Newberne, Crystal Dunn and her husband Dave of Wheeling and Julie Mason and her companion Steve Hornsby of Auburn; 4 stepchildren, Chris, Missy and Marshall Wyers and Shaun Mason. She is also survived by 9 grandchildren, Greg and Tabatha Curry, Kyle, Bobby and Leland Dunn, Dylan and Quentin Powers and Josiah and Mason Hornsby. She had several step-grandchildren including, Angel, Austin, Bryson, LeAnn and Norman and others she didn't know the names. Also surviving are 2 sisters, Normaleen Collins of Auburn and Wilma Powers of Glenville; several nieces and nephews, Tammy and Tommy Jones, Ross and Elizabeth Wyers and Michael Collins.

In addition to her father she was preceded in death by her first husband Wayne Wyers; a brother, Mack Odell Powers; a sister, Ilene Powers and a nephew, Robert "Bobby" Wyers II.

She was a Jehovah Witness by faith. A memorial service will be held at a later date at the Kingdom Hall.

A viewing will be at the Ellyson Mortuary, Inc. Glenville on Wednesday, December 22 from 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. followed by interment in the Auburn Baptist Church Cemetery at the Ritchie-Gilmer County line on Rt. 74 with a prayer service conducted by Elders of The Kingdom Hall.
