He was represented by attorney John Oshoway.

The case will be sent to Calhoun Circuit Court, where it will be taken before a Grand Jury.

State Police say Vance entered Calhoun Banks at Arnoldsburg in September and held it up with a hunting knife.

Judge David W. Nibert has sentenced Vance to prison for violating his probation on a Roane County larceny charge, the Orma resident fled to Texas.

He will serve 1-to-10 years in the state correctional system, with credit for days already served.

Vance's bond for the Calhoun County charge is set at $90,000.

Vance told Roane County officials he had nothing to do with the bank robbery.
