Darrell David Vannoy, 61 - Mt. Zion

Darrell David Vannoy, 61, of Mt. Zion, West Virginia, passed away December 9, 2010 at Laurel Nursing Center at Ivydale. He was born in Braxton County, a son of the late Darrel J. and Anna Rosenfelt Vannoy. He was a former employee of Calhoun General Hospital in Grantsville. Surviving are a sister-in-law, Sharon Vannoy and a niece, Sheila Travis both of Parkersburg WV; and a nephew, Matthew Vannoy of Walker WV. In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by one sister and two brothers. Funeral services will be held 1 p.m. Wednesday, December 15 at Stump Funeral Home in Grantsville. Interment will be in the Collins Community Cemetery at Stumptown. Friends may call at the funeral home one hour prior to the services.
