Franklin Dencil Overbaugh (left) James Oliver Walker (right) PLANNED MURDER - Franklin Overbaugh and James Walker have been charged in what police are saying is the premeditated murder of Brian Darby, 41, in Nicholas County. Deputies say Walker lured Darby to his home in Summersville, Thursday, where Overbaugh was waiting with a 12-gauge shotgun and shot Darby in the lower torso. Darby died from the gunshot. Both men have been charged with murder and are in Central Regional Jail.
