YOUTH INJURED AT COUNTY PARK - Driver Flees Walnut Wreck

A male youth was struck on top the head by a falling tree limb at Calhoun County Park Saturday evening. Calhoun EMS transported the victim at 7 p.m. to Minnie Hamilton Health Care Center, where a report on his condition was unavailable. The youth was reportedly working with a group doing a clean-up. Emergency services responded to Walker Road about 5 p.m. where a car rolled over on its top. The driver of the vehicle reportedly fled the scene. Sheriff Allen Parsons is investigating.
